Hi!

I'm Bianca! I'm currently an Instructional Designer for United Airlines.

My passion for instructional design began back in 2018 while teaching in South Korea. During my time there, I realized the significance of creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences, especially when catering to a diverse group of learners.

After two years in Korea, I returned to the United States and worked as a teacher in Chicago Public Schools. While doing so, I earned my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in hopes of working as a corporate instructional designer. One year later, I applied to United Airlines, and the rest is history.

My diverse background encompasses various fields, including hospitality, where I've had the opportunity to create effective job aids and comprehensive trainings for the roles I've held. Looking ahead, I am excited to collaborate and network with others in the field. Let's connect!
