Job-Aid: De-Escalation

In today's classroom, teachers face an array of challenges, one of the most prominent being managing conflicts. Classroom conflicts can occur due to various factors, such as differences in opinions, cultural backgrounds, learning styles, and personal experiences. I created this job aid to provide teachers with a quick and reliable guide to effectively de-escalate conflicts in the classroom using five proven techniques. This job aid was designed to promote consistency in conflict resolution approaches and serve as a helpful reminder during emotionally charged situations.
